Originally formed as a single family home builder, Feather River grew considerably over time. In 1982, Feather River Construction & Development Co. incorporated and devoted itself to the development and construction of residential, residential remodel, multi-family and commercial real estate. After completing numerous contract projects, the need for a new commercial-specific company arose. Thus, in 2001, Feather River Commercial Construction, Inc. (FRCC, Inc.) was incorporated to separate the contract functions from the development activities. Feather River’s strong grasp on construction development and client relations is the foundation for our long history of success.
